Duties/ responsibilities:

1. Project Sale by establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospective clients
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and network building
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information and recommending new Investment opportunities.
4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the company’s products to the prospective clients
5. Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
6. Build and manage sales pipeline on regular basis
7. Track performance metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
8. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan accordingly

Selection Criteria:

Education, Experience & Working Knowledge:

• Post graduate qualification in one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or coursework covering economics, accounting, public relations.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience/ expertise working in Real -Estate, Sales, Insurance  or Development sector
• IT skills, including the use of spread sheets and CRM (ability to analyse sales figures and write reports)
• Experience in the corporate sector will be an advantage
• High ethics and a personal commitment to transparency and accountability
