Relevant Experience:

 Bachelors/Masters Degree from recognized university.

A minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

• To carry out procurements under the project & follow the procedures & requirements under the project.
• Responsible for managing the inventory records of raw material, processed pieces as well as the finished products received from Artisan.
• Explore relevant markets and help procure best quality fabrics & other required materials.
• Conduct reviews and audit for livelihood inventory system maintained at Karachi office and field offices (raw material, in process goods and finished goods) at regular intervals.
• Responsible to prepare and share monthly audit reports.
• Assist his/her supervisor to maintain files and report of all the records for procurements as per the requirements.
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, tracking sheets and filling of procurement documents.
• To follow all the procurement procedures as per the guidelines of the Organization and as per Donor requirements.
• To assist staff for issuance of Purchase request form and keep record of PRF and Other procurement documents.
• To liaison with the Procurement Manager and other relevant colleagues in Organizational Development and Finance for the payments to suppliers.
• To ensure that all the documentation is completed as per the set standards procedures of ISO standard.
• Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
• Coordinate with Operations staff and ensure inventories of all assets are updated and prepared timely, including assets list/insurance of products.
• Ensure cost cutting measures and utilization of overall resources in the most effective and economic manner.
