Job Purpose:
The house keeping trainer will be responsible for supervising and train the trainees the skill to manage and handle household maintains. The main role of the incumbent is to train other associates how to: clean assigned areas; keep assigned areas supplied appropriately at all times; and report items needing repair or replacement.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Train cleaners and housekeeping personnel.
- In charge of coordinating all training sessions.
- Responsible for developing training materials.
- Provides continuous training and guidance to housekeeping employees.
- Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
- Ensure all team member training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time frame
- Communicates with the clients regarding quality issues.
- Any other additional request that it is required in the training.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 5 years’ experience as housekeeping trainer (national and International).
- Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
- Outstanding management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or relevant degree is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
