Relevant Experience:

 

  • Candidate applying for the above post shall have Bachelor degree from any recognized university, preferably in relevant course with excellent people management, and administrative skills.

 

  • Prior experience in administration post will be preferred.

Job Description:

The Administration Assistant will be posted at the Kaghan Memorial School, Village Kawai, District Mansehra and Main duties and responsibilities go as under:

  • Assisting the Administration Manager on day-to-day administrative tasks at the school
  • Maintaining daily attendance registers of all Administration Staff mentioned above, and ensuring that they report to the school on time each day;
  • Ensuring that all equipment at the School, including vehicles, is properly maintained and serviced in a timely manner;
  • Ensuring that no unauthorised person enters school premises;
  • Maintaining daily accounts for the School according to Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures and reconciling these accounts on a monthly basis with the KMT Head Office. All expenses made for the School must be signed and requisitioned by you as Assistant Administration Officer or by the Logistics Officer and then verified and countersigned by the Administration Manager;
  • Assisting and facilitating the school’s Academic Staff with their day to day requirements by arranging supplies, transport and other logistics for them as and when needed;
  • Ensuring the security of the staff and students at the school by supervising and managing their movements and travel and through effective use of the school’s guards and drivers;
  • Liaising with the local community and specifically with the Local Liaison Committee elected by the community to represent them, to ensure that they are on-board with the school’s activities and that there is no miscommunication or misunderstanding between the community and the school. For this purpose, you will maintain a list of the Local Liaison Committee members and their contact details, and you will be required to arrange meetings with them on a monthly basis;
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Administration Manager.
