Job Description:
- Developing an academic program that meets national standards meeting the needs of National Curriculum 2007 and Provincial Curriculum of Sindh.
- Developing yearly, quarterly and monthly Academic Plans, syllabus breakup, review lesson plans, etc.
- Ensuring implementation of instruction/guidelines provided by Sindh Education Foundation
- Liaison with district team of Sindh Education Foundation and Education Department.
- Work closely and communicating with students’ parents and keep them informed about students’ performance
- Providing guidance to staff to help resolve issues with students
- Ensuring the safety of all children in the institution and ensure child protection protocols
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet the needs of students and teachers
- Ensure evaluation of student progress and communicating with parents about any concerns
- Maintaining records of student attendance, grades, behavior issues, and other pertinent information
- Managing funds and financial records to ensure transparency
- Providing guidance to teachers and other staff members regarding pedagogical methods, classroom management, and curriculum planning
- Resolve parents' complaints and satisfy them.
- Maintaining school policies and rules as per guidelines prodded by Moawin Foundation.
- Making sure that teachers have access to important educational research and resources
- Assess, organize and execute flexible curriculum and effective assessment framework.
- Sustain staff performance management effective systems and incorporate teachers’ appraisals and targets for School’s achievement.
- Strategize development of emerging technologies to extend learning experience.
- Organizing school events/co-curricular activities on regular basis.
- Keeping school up to date with new educational innovations and technologies.
- Reporting the school’s performance and developments to the local community and educational authorities including Sindh Education Foundation
- Maintain record of School Committee and Parent Meetings

Requirements:
Masters in Education or relevant field with atleast 10 years of experience in well-reputed English medium schools
