A local NGO is looking for qualified and experienced consultant for Enterprise development Training in District Dir for Afghan Refugees. The ToRs are atttached herewith , which entails the detail of the project criteria for selection , expected methodology and template for the budget. Any mentioned document , if found missing will make the proposal unresponsive, thus rejected. The Technical and Financial Proposal shall be seprately provided in sealed envelops, submitted in one envelope with heading in bold " Submission of Proposal on EDT for Dir",on or before 30th June 2022. Proposals submitted after 30th June will be returned or rejected on the spot. Firms are NOT eligible to apply. No email or Brightspyre submission will be accepted.
