Job Purpose:  The incumbent will be responsible to develop trainee’s abilities for creative expression in visual term and boost appealing sense. He/she will also be responsible to maintain trainee’s data, attendance, and activity records of the respective batches under the supervision of Project Manager.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Deliver online & face to face training event management business (establishing & running as mentioned in curriculum guidelines), such as conference bridge scheduling, data input, answering event audience member inquiries, location design edits and custom reports generation
• Provide training on consultation, preparation, planning, and execution of events
• Plan & conduct online sessions, prepare & provide topic wise videos & handouts
• Conduct & maintain record of attendance quizzes, discussions, assignments, presentations, and field projects as will be guided by Quality Assurance Department.
• Facilitate trainees in developing connections, collaborations & partnerships to start & run business.
• Perform webinar and virtual event related activities as necessary
• Create and maintain collaborative customer documentation
• Improve trainees’ basic elements of Event Management and Event Planning.
• Demonstrate event management techniques.
• Instruct trainees in proper care and use of tools and equipment
• Evaluate each trainee performance and growth in knowledge, aesthetic understanding and help them develop Event Management portfolio.
• Attend management meetings as and when require. 
• Follow the Hashoo Foundation policies and procedures and adhere to the guidelines set by the management.
• Perform any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

Qualification and experience                                  

• Bachelor Degree in Event Management or related with at least 3 years teaching experience.
• Active and having good sense of humour to motivate trainees for learning and change behaviour.
• Ability to cultivate creativity in trainees.
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant field.
• Familiar with modern technology
