Relevant Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree is required.

2. At least 2 years of experience in relevant profession.

Job Description:

1. Able to deliver the course to the trainees of the Project.

2. Maintain class in an effective way and carry every student equally.

3. Evaluate trainees’ performance to gauge where skills are lacking.

4. Provide information at the outset about the length and purpose of the tour.

5. Have knowledge about, mapping, historical areas, valleys, and culture of the country.

6. Organize activities, quizzes, and energizers in the class to make a sound environment for learning.

7. Must be observant and have excellent analytical skills.

8. Able to organize tours by groups or individuals in coaches, cars or on foot.

9. Communicate with the group/s or their representative/s about the details of the tour – assembly time and place, destination, accommodation, transportation, and costs

10. Ensure mapping, tracking, and planning of tours.

Skill Set:

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

2. First Aid Skills and great public speaking skills.

3. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

4. Good command on MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint).
