Relevant Experience:

  • Masters in Entrepreneurship development or related degree, Literature from a recognized university.
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and experience in develop student learning strategies
  • Be active and have good sense of humour to motivate student for learning and change behaviour

Job Description:

  • Comprehend the training objectives and review/derived learning outcomes and activities.
  • Develop/review details of contents and sessions of given training.
  • Develop trainee resource material and share with management one week prior to the training.
  • Apply variety of training techniques and strategies to train the participants with respect to the competencies.
  • Monitor the progress of training batches, develop reports and share with supervisor on monthly basis.
  • Conduct daily training session as per the schedule given by project team.
  • Manage trainees’ progress evaluation (Formative & Summative) and submit report (hard & soft copies) to supervisors within one week of evaluation.
  • Share final result of the trainees with project team and assist to enter trainees result in MIS 
  • Adhere to the guidelines set by the management.
  • Acknowledge trainees, management and other stakeholders’ feedback and strive to improve the identified gaps.
  • Perform any other assignment given by the line manager.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
