Relevant Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Program Management, or related discipline
  • At least 8 years relevant experience in program implementation while working with NGOs preferably INGOs
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully implementation of donor funded projects.
  • Proven experience of donor liaison, reporting and negotiations.                     

Job Description:

  • Oversee the pre training activities of donor funded project such as Detail Implementation Plan, M& E Plans, initiate Purchase Requisitions PRs for timely procurement of training materials and of printing of training manual.
  • Monitoring of project activities including orientation of staff, daily attendance, training implementation plan, ensure quality training, conduct feedback session, pre-post-test, data collection, and punching in MIS
  • Develop JDs for project staff and raise Personal Requisition Form PRF’s as per budgeted positions in the project.
  • Assist HR team in hiring of project staff, conduct interviews and identification of potential human resource for the project.
  • Closely work with Comms team for designing, printing materials including, banner, standees, and certificates.
  • Assist curriculum development team in conducting orientation session with Trainers & Co- Trainer on curriculum, TLM to prepare daily session plan.
  • Closely coordination with Admin team for identification of training venues, hall booking, and other logistic arrangements at field.
  • Closely monitor the overall implementation of project activities at field level with specific focus on skills development project
  • Create timelines and work plans for each training events as directed by the line manager.
  • Coordinate with relevant staff member to ensure data management of projects in HH-MIS
  • Maintain record of official corresponding, project documentation and prepare minutes of the meetings.
  • Review workplans, activity reports, implement programme activities according to the technical, financial, and administrative procedures prescribed in the programme document.
  • Participates in effective management of the Programme implementation Project focusing on quality control from formulation to implementation of the programme to achieve desire results.
  • Preparation of activity, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports including management recommendations and for donor reporting.
  • Identification and sharing of best practices and lessons learned directly linked to programme,
  • Any other activity or function requested by line manager

  • Excellent in coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong management skills required to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, negotiation, and networking skills
