- MBA + Supply Chain Certification preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI
- Team leader with very good interpersonal skills
- B. Engineering Civil is an added benefit
- Five years professional experience in this field.
- Must be aware of tendering process and knowledge of requirements of Pakistan Engineering Council guidelines.

Job Description:
Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Supply Chain Professional for its Karachi Office.
The incumbent will be responsible for Plan and organize business continuity, disaster recovery and crisis management plans for materials management and welfare programme functions, prepare and monitor materials management and welfare operating and capital budgets; short, medium and long-term plans provide leadership and problem-solving support to peers, direct reports and to customers in a manner that facilitates the building of strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to procurement of construction contracts, Capex, consultants and any other institutional needs.
- Coordinate closely with the regional and program team to understand the needs.
- Collection of user requirement for strategic CAPEX
- Manager activities with Central Purchase Committee and report on relevant matters.
- Arrange and evaluate various contractors a per agreed criteria.
- Arrange collection of BOQ, specification through Project Management Unit / Support & Facility management unit.
- Managing, launching, and circulating bids / RFQs as per institutional and donor requirements.
- Manage transparent bid opening meetings including receiving of technical and financial bids in coordination with other stake holders.
- Negotiate and finalize construction, consultant and other contracts with selected suppliers/contractors.
- Advise and update the purchase policy for construction, consultants and other procurements.
