REQUIRED QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS SET:

• Qualification: ACA/ACMA/ACCA or equivalent
• This position requires a strong educational background of CA/CMA/ACCA, experience in auditing, financial management and financial reporting with at least 5 years of experience as Manager Finance or similar position.
• Strong reporting skills with knowledge of International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards, budgeting, tax, regulatory and donor agreement compliances
• Maintain control environment with knowledge and procedures for internal controls and a practical experience in the field of auditing environment will be an advantage.
• Team management skills required to get work done in time in cordial environment and keep the team motivated.
• Experience of working in NGOs / development sector would be an asset. 
• Demonstrated skills in diplomacy, confidentiality and active collaboration.
• In depth knowledge of accounting packages preferably QuickBooks and Sidat Hyder financials.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Abilities for multi-tasking and judgment about organizational priorities with strategic vision.
• Sensitivity towards issues of gender, violence against women and children.
