Qualification, Experience & Qualities:

• MBA Marketing Degree from an HEC recognized well reputed University,
• Two years sales and marketing experience with a well reputed Organization. Sales and Marketing Experience of UAE will be preferred.
• Excellent English-Speaking skills, oral and written with neutral accent. US or UK accent will be preferred.
• Excellent URDU/HINDI speaker, Pashtu will be a plus (but not mandatory).
• Outspoken and Multitasker
• Should have pleasant personality
• Should be willing to travel on daily basis in company’s car/vehicle to visit clients
• Must have top class negotiation and convincing skills
• Should be pro-active in approach
• Should be target oriented
• Should Handle pressure
• Should be good Time Manager and punctual
• Should be good at problem solving and conflict resolution
• Should be willing to carry out extra tasks if assigned by the management
• Should think out of the box and be innovative 
• Should need minimum supervision having self responsibility 

Duties:

It’s an outdoor sales and marketing job. The candidate will report to his Marketing Manager. He will have to conduct frequent visits to various sites to conduct research, gather information, devise his sales and marketing plan, visit project sites, offer company’s services, negotiate with potential clients, convince them, finalize deal as per agreed terms, take purchase order and get the contract signed from the client. Should build, maintain, extend and expand relations with the clients. Relations building is of immense importance in the competitive industry of transportation here so primarily he will have to build and strengthen relations with the existing and potential clients. Will stay in touch with the client for post mobilization services and complaint resolutions. 

Along with non-restricted area some of our existing and potential clients are inside restricted zones where various permission cards will be prepared for the candidate that’s why once the candidate joins us, he will be bound to work with us for two years (will complete one visa with us). He will have to fulfill all the terms of the contract.
