Introduction to Nutrition International
Nutrition International (NI) formerly known as the Micronutrient Initiative (MI), a renowned International Development organization based out in Ottawa, Canada, has a commitment to improve global ‘nutrition by implementing interventions that focus on women and children in developing countries. It aims to generate innovative and sustainable solutions to improve nutrition among women, newborns, and children. It builds on robust evidence-based research and evaluation in order to demonstrate excellent return on investment of scaling-up highly cost-effective nutrition interventions. NI aspires to be a global center of excellence in technical and programmatic support in this field.
