Know our team

Nutrition International’s Operations unit is a dedicated team of program implementation experts who are responsible for contributing to the overall management of NI’s field operations in Asia and Africa. Nutrition International is seeking applications for the he position of Senior Program and Administrative Associate, Pakistan.

About you

You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferably in HR with atleast 4-5 years of experience in the HR & administration department preferably in the development sector. . Experience in managing program finances and monitoring contracts will be an added advantage. Skills on excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, competent IT skills especially Microsoft office/excel, good presentation skills, excellent team working skills, integrity, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Fluent in written and spoken English and Urdu.

About the role

In this role you will be:

  • Assist in the preparation of required documentation related to program activities, including budgets. Assist day-to-day project administrative responsibilities including determining funds available for operations management.
  • Assist in organizing and executing workshops/meetings.  Responsible for the logistics management for the meetings and workshops.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of all program-related national /international travel including itineraries, travel letters, travel authorizations, visas, ticketing and hotel reservations for program as well as project staff such as consultants, NI sponsored participants, visitors etc.
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials, presentations and assist in final completion, formatting and printing of documents and reports.
  • Handle PABXand terminate calls to related/ desired individuals. In the absence of any staff, recording and dissemination of messages.
  • Draft letters, correspondence with NI partners and execute prompt dispatch of outgoing mail, faxes, emails and make photocopies etc.
  • Organize schedule for interviews and intimate candidates; logistics supports and maintain filling as required etc.
  • Support and follow-up all staff with health and life insurances.
  • Provide face to face or remote IT support and assist the staff in installing necessary applications/tools.
  • Liaise with Regional Office IT department in renewal of software licenses, windows updates, and basic maintenance of database/email servers.
