General Description:

The Program Coordinator is a member of the program team, responsible for research, coordination, reporting and implementation of projects related to rule of law, governance and human rights. He/she is responsible for maintaining all the data in physical and soft form.

Primary Job Function:

The program Coordinator will monitor and manage various rule of law/governance related initiatives and coordinate, plan, supervise the implementation of various awareness clinics, training sessions, and collaborations with other CSOs/NGOs etc. He or she shall also be responsible to provide a narrative of the results on a monthly basis and to maintain important information in a Desktop PC or laptop using Microsoft Windows.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • To monitor, manage and evaluate community-based projects;
  • Plan and organize various events and trainings;
  • Develop work plan and ensure smooth implementation of LFA
  • Coordination among the Field Team, and Program Team on their work plans
  • Holding weekly check-in meetings with Field Teams, and Program Team along with Senior Program Manager, Gender Lead, and CEO on the progress of the project.
  • Follow the activities to be aligned with LFA.
  • Conducting Advocacy and Lobbying Meetings with stakeholders;
  • Writing Events and Activities Reports, Internal and Donor Reports (must have prior experience or skills for this task)
  • Keeping track of all the statistical data for all activities;
  • Supervising and monitoring the Work as per LFA
  • Chasing the stakeholders for meetings and coordination with them at Sindh Level
  • Implementing and monitoring the delivery of the media strategy and plan;
  • Perform any other official task assigned by the Program Manager and Associate Director or the CEO. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Qualification: BS in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Policy Development, International Relations from the Reputable University
  • Minimum Experience will be 3 to 4 Years in related field.
  • Required advanced level of English, reading, writing for drafting of various reports.
  • Creative, energetic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Good Technology Skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility, motivation, and maturity
  • Willingness to work and live in harsh conditions.
