Rozan, an Islamabad based non-government and not for profit organization, working on emotional health, gender & violence against women & children, invites applications from excellence-driven, self-motivated and committed individuals for the following position based in Islamabad:

Required qualification, experience, skills and competencies:

• 16 years of education in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology or any other Social Sciences.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs.
• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative evaluation research frame works and methods.
• Proven record of conducting qualitative evaluation and monitoring of development projects working on training, awareness and consciousness raising on social issues.
• Proven ICT skills, especially in using database software.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Sensitivity towards gender, women and children’s issues.
• Strong skills to complete tasks by establishing priorities while taking into consideration special assignments, frequent interruptions, deadlines, available resources and multiple reporting relationships.
• Excellent language proficiency in Urdu and English.
