Project Title: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

A.     Background

The Legal Aid Society (LAS) is a not-for-profit organization working on its mission to connect vulnerable & disempowered end users of justice with effective and expedient services for the delivery of justice. LAS’s interventions have been aimed at increasing access to justice for poor & marginalized communities, particularly women, across the province of Sindh as well as the Federal level.

In line with improving access to justice, The Sindh Legal Advisory Call Center (SLACC) was established by LAS in 2014, with a public-private partnership being formed in 2018 with the Government of Sindh through the Law Department.

SLACC provides free legal advice and information to disempowered and marginalized individuals across Pakistan, and has received over 340,000 calls since its inception from more than 450 cities and towns across Pakistan.

The aforementioned consultancy is being advertised for the execution of a targeted social media campaign on Facebook to increase outreach and drive traffic towards SLACC. The consultant will be required to design a marketing campaign and plan execution strategies to ensure maximum outreach and effectiveness of creatives and content being designed in-house.

B.     Scope of Work

The scope of work and corresponding outputs/deliverables will be as follows:

1. Design a 3 month social media campaign utilizing content and creatives developed in-house.
2. Execution of social media campaign including the running of advertisements across Facebook.
3. Provide a bi-weekly analysis consisting of details on traffic driven and engagement with the SLACC Facebook page.

1. D.     Required expertise and qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in planning, creation and execution of social media campaigns on Facebook
• Experience in running paid advertisement campaigns on Facebook
• A background in social media marketing; with at least 3-5 years of experience

1. E.      Required documents for application

• Consultant profile outlining suitability for the aforementioned consultancy
• Word or PDF document containing working online links with access to previously designed social media campaigns
• Updated resume (in case of an organization, resumes of all individuals who will be working on the assignment)
• Proposal based on TORs (should adequately cover all deliverables)
• Financial Proposal  

 F.      Notification

All the applicants will be notified regarding the status of their proposals. Letters of regret will be sent to all the applicants who do not qualify.
