About Us

Z Axis marketing is a diverse marketing company specialized in selling of real estate properties and units. The company is using conventional and digital marketing and selling activities for real estate projects. The company has its own well established call center as well. As part of the expansion plan, we are looking for various positions in sales department.

 

Position Objective:

Effective and overall responsibility of Sales activities and leading the sales team. Supervise process of crafting and implementing Sales strategy, Sales Budgets and Targets thereon. In addition, support in marketing plan and synergizing call center team would be prime responsibility of Director Sales.

 

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare strategic plans from sales stand point and oversee all activities of Sales from planning to all stage of execution.
  • Serve as first point of contact for Sales activities. Furthermore, support management in developing sales budget, plans and strategies for better management.
  • Lead and manage the team, comprising of Sales Executives, Sales Promotors, Brand Ambassadors, Riders and/or other positions, that may emerge with time, as per best management practices in that area.
  • Day to day management oversight of Sales Department and help support implementing Sales targets as planned.
  • Management of training activity of all levels of Sales staff.
  • Track and manage performance of Sales Staff and help innovate new plans for effective achievements of business goals.
  • Maintain staff discipline and business ethics in accomplishing activities.
  • Support in safeguard and legitimate use of business asset and time.
  • Liaison with call center staff and help supervise the call center activities to make all action aligned with sales objectives and targets.
  • Periodic reporting to management relating to Sales and other related activities including deviation from original plans.
  • From sales department, serve as focal person to implementation ERP system and knowledge management.
  • Recommend intended purpose, changes/ modification in proposed ERP system.
  • Support implementing ERP system and propose changes as required.
  • Work together with project management/ finance staff in receivable management.
  • Assume Business to Business (B2B) role in consultation with top management of company.
