Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for troubleshooting of computers, servers, network equipment and office software etc.
• Responsible for the maintenance of application software and hardware as well as the installation, debugging, maintenance and upgrade of office software etc.
• Installation of different Operating systems and network equipment & maintenance of computers/servers
•  Installation and troubleshooting of different hardware
•  Installation and maintenance of network equipment, Printers, modems and laptops etc.
•  Installation of various tele/data communication equipment
• Responsible for all network equipment like, switches, Routers, wifi and access control machines and troubleshooting etc.
• Taking daily/weekly Back Ups of servers
• Dealing with vendors for repair & maint. of all comp equipment
• Dealing with vendors for customize software and reports etc.
•  Website maintenance 
• Any other task assigned by line manager.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (Education/Qualification, Experience, Skills & Physical demands)

Qualification: Bachelor in computer/IT

Experience: 2-3 Years’ experience in IT/Network/Troubleshooting

Skills: Excellent skill/ experience in troubleshooting, Installation and monitoring of all the devices,
