We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

• Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant job boards.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Recruit for both in-office and remote positions effectively.

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for employee development.

Database Management:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Generate HR reports as needed.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• Proven experience with payroll systems and HR databases.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting remote staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 120,000/month to Rs. 150,000/month.
