CA-Finalist/ACCA/ICMA or MBA Finance or M.COM. Familiarity with grant management processes, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance Prior exposure to donor regulations, policies, and procedures related to grant management is desirable. Atleast 04 years of experience, preferably in the finance or grants department. Financial management skills, including knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in using financial systems and accounting softwares. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams (Program, PSM, etc.) and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a team and provide support to middle and senior management. Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay updated on donor regulations and compliance requirements.
