Vision Trust, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving eye health, is launching a one-year School Screening Program in Karachi, in collaboration with one of our prestigious donors. We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to run this donor-supported initiative. Duration: This role is project-based for one year, with potential for extension depending on program needs, performance, and funding.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement the school screening program’s operational plans aligning with the donor and organizational requirements.
● Coordinate with schools, community leaders, and other stakeholders to execute program activities.
● Develop liaisons with the health, education, and other relevant departments for effective implementation of the program.
● Monitor program activities, develop success stories and program-related awareness materials, and ensure timely reporting to the donor.
● Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
● Ensure overall effective and efficient implementation of the program aligning with donor’s and organizational policies and requirements.
Qualifications:
● Master's degree in public health, project management, social sciences, or a related field.
● At least 2 years of project management or coordination experience.
