Location: Islamabad

Name of Consultancy: Designing and Printing of GBV Helpline Toolbox.

Purpose of consultancy:

The GBV Helpline Toolbox is designed to offer tools, guidelines, and resources for setting up and enhancing GBV helplines in Pakistan. It will be presented as a booklet covering key aspects such as human resources, services scope, remote GBV case management, referral pathways, and data management. A consultant/firm is sought for creative design, layout, and printing to ensure the materials are accessible, engaging, and user-friendly.

Timeline of consultancy:

The Consulting Firm will be hired for 02 Months from 1^st October 2024 to 30^th November 2024.

Required Qualification and Experience:

The Consulting Firm should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in creative design, layout, and formatting, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.
• Proven experience in designing and printing publications, toolkits, or booklets, especially on LMS.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
• Previous design work experience, particularly with similar publications or toolkits.
• Ability to complete tasks within a set time frame; and
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under minimal supervision.
