Job Description:
1.Responsible for effective oversight of donor/management regulations and responsible for ensuring project
2.Compilation the weekly, monthly and annual reports
3.Provide training and capacity-building sessions to staff, volunteers, and partners on GBV case management and survivor-centered approaches.
4.Provide technical supervision and support to GBV caseworkers.
5.Ensure case management activities adhere to best practices and standards.
6.Conduct regular case reviews and provide constructive feedback.
7.To develop the effective communication ways/material regarding GBV.
8.Responsible for regular reporting to the General Manager and proactively dealing with
9.Potential obstacles and challenges arise by the team
10.Conduct monthly, quarterly and Annual reviews of the ongoing project deliverables according to agreed timeline
11.Coordination with different stakeholders (Different sectors GoB and NGO/INGOs) to achieve the better result of the project
12.Review the primary data through data collection from Project documentation other means to collect and provide the information on prioritized to the team
13.To Establish the Women and Girl Friendly Spaces at the district level for better counselling of ruler women especially ACC and undocumented of catchment population
14.Regular reporting of social mobilization team and Caseworkers on ODK software on regular bases
15.Keep abreast with progress indicators sepaled in the agreed work plan and report on monthly bases and provincial and country office Islamabad
16.Supportive supervision and on job trainings to the team for their better understanding of project and activities
17.Collection and submission of MoV of activities to the General Manager for his review and feed back
18.Plan and celebrate the events related to GBV awareness
Implement quality assurance mechanisms for case management services
19.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of case management activities.
20.Collect and analyze data through the GBV Database to identify trends and areas for improvement
To take lead on implementation of the Gender Based Violence (GBV) Case Management activities in the communities. The incumbent will assure his all support to Project team as per his ToRs/responsibilities. The incumbent will also be responsible for project implementation, progress reports, documenting case studies/success stories, challenges and way forward.
Relevant Experience & Duration
- At least 5 Years of diverse working Experience, with min 3 years of relevant working Experience.
- Masters in Social Sciences
- Duration of contract will be for 3 months
Having capability in developing project progress reports, case studies/success stories and databases
