Position Summary
Under the overall supervision of the Provincial Program Manager GB, the Data Entry Operator will provide support to AMR Secretariat GB, established by Fleming Fund Country Grant Pakistan (FFCGP), in collecting, managing, and analyzing AMR-related data from sentinel sites. S/he will ensure consistent data entry in AMR dashboard and will generate monthly reports, and handle troubleshoot issues. The role also requires coordination support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Provincial AMR Dashboard initiative.

Key Objectives:


Technical Support and Data Collection:
• Provide technical support to the focal person of provincial AMR Dashboard in GB for collecting data from Sentinel Sites.
• Regularly coordinate with Sentinel Sites to support data entry in the AMR Dashboard.

Data Management:
• Review and correct data for errors as needed.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring data is current and accurate.
• Perform data validation and verification to maintain quality standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Identify and report to the provincial team about any discrepancies in data collected.
• Perform fundamental data analysis and generate monthly reports detailing findings and trends.

Data Security and Troubleshooting:
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
• Troubleshoot any data entry issues in collaboration with the AMR dashboard focal person and Provincial Team.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistent data entry from all designated sentinel sites.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned related to AMR Dashboard initiative of FFCG in GB.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Languages etc.):
• A bachelor’s degree (sixteen years education) in a relevant field such as Computer Science or related disciplines from HEC recognized Institute.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into meaningful reports.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Previous experience in the Public Sector, especially in AMR-project, public health, or international development is desirable.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
